The various locations of the N.V. Westerscheldetunnel

To be able to operate the tunnel, the N.V. Westerscheldetunnel (Westerschelde Tunnel Company) has various locations in the region at its disposal. First and foremost, of course, there is the tunnel itself, which connects Terneuzen in Zeeuwsch-Vlaanderen with Goes in Zuid-Beveland.

At the northern tunnel entrance, between 's-Heerenhoek and Borssele, is the Toll Plaza, together with the tollgates, the embarkation point for public transport, the car pooling area and the control building with the tunnel guard who looks after your safety.

At the tunnel entrance in Terneuzen stands the service building. This is the base for the personnel responsible for maintaining the Westerschelde Tunnel.

You can also contact our customer service by phone - from outside of Holland - on 0031 113 232844. When you are in Holland you can call 0900-235 8866 A specially-trained team is ready to answer your questions or arrange your subscription.

Customer service is also responsible for sending you your t-tag introduction package. Complaints are dealt with as quickly as possible. If we cannot respond to your complaint immediately, we notify you within two working days.
